For the Chicken Cutlet

Prepare the Chicken
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
For the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more lemon juice or pepper if desired.
For the Sandwich Assembly

Prepare the Lettuce
In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with the prepared Caesar dressing until evenly coated.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the Ciabatta bread in half and place a fried chicken cutlet on the bottom half. Top with the dressed romaine lettuce and cover with the other half of the bread.

Serve the Chicken Caesar Sandwich with kettle chips on the side.
