Method
Prepare the Salad

Wash and Chop Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a clean towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Blend Dressing Ingredients
In a food processor or blender, combine garlic cloves, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Emulsify Dressing
With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Toss the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine lettuce and toss until evenly coated.

Add Toppings
Top the salad with croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly to mix.

Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
