Method

Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips of desired size.

  2. 2

    Set up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Breading the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Rob's Chips

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and slice the potatoes thinly to create chips. Soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry.

  2. 6

    Fry the Chips

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the potato slices in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Crispy Cheese Curds

  1. 7

    Prepare the Cheese Curds

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot.

  2. 8

    Batter the Cheese Curds

Dip cheese curds in the batter mix until fully coated.

  3. 9

    Fry the Cheese Curds

Fry the battered cheese curds in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Dipping Sauces

  1. 10

    Prepare Dipping Sauces

Serve marinara sauce in a small bowl and arrange ranch dressing and barbecue sauce in separate small bowls for dipping.
