Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips of desired size.

Breading the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and slice the potatoes thinly to create chips. Soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry.

Fry the Chips
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the potato slices in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot.

Batter the Cheese Curds
Dip cheese curds in the batter mix until fully coated.

Fry the battered cheese curds in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve marinara sauce in a small bowl and arrange ranch dressing and barbecue sauce in separate small bowls for dipping.
