Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly with the mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
