Combine Marinade Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
