Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Rub the Angus steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time for desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest.

Blue Cheese Butter

  1. 3

    Make the Butter

In a bowl, combine softened butter, blue cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well and form into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

  2. 5

    Mash the Potatoes

Add milk, butter, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until creamy and smooth.

Green Beans

  1. 6

    Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
