Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Drizzle olive oil over the wings, and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are crispy and cooked through.

Buffalo Style

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce Coating

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing.

Garlic Wings

  1. 5

    Garlic and Parsley Garnish

For garlic wings, melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic (2-3 cloves). After baking the wings, toss them in the garlic butter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
