Prepare Croutons
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into bite-sized cubes.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Toss the bread cubes in the garlic butter until well coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Assemble Salad
In a large bowl, chop the romaine lettuce and add the Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

Flake the smoked white fish into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad.

Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the salad and gently toss everything together.

Season with black pepper to taste.
