Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a cocktail shaker. Set aside the empty shells for garnish if desired.

Mix the Cocktail
In the cocktail shaker with the passionfruit pulp, add the vanilla simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and vodka. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Top with Prosecco for a sparkling finish.

If desired, garnish with the empty passionfruit shells or a lime wheel.
