Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus, cut it into 2-inch pieces. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Make the Wasabi Pepper Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together wasabi paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, black pepper, and sesame oil until well combined. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, broccoli, and shiitake mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  4. 4

    Cook the Scallops

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet. Add the scallops to the pan and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Pour the wasabi pepper sauce over the scallops and vegetables. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
