Teriyaki Salmon

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and pour remaining marinade over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the salmon before serving. Enjoy with salad, miso soup, and white rice.
