Steak and Vegetables

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the steak, coat it well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prep the Grill

Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade (reserve the marinade for later) and grill it for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same skillet or grill, add the sliced vegetables (bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms) and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Add the reserved marinade and cook for another minute.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the steak against the grain and serve it alongside the sautéed vegetables. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
