Hibachi Cooked Salmon Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare Marinade

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

  2. 2

    Marinate Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat Grill

Preheat a hibachi grill or a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Cook Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the fillets on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
