Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Duck

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the duck dry with paper towels. Rub the duck all over with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Roast the Duck

Place the duck on a roasting rack in a baking dish. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the skin is crispy and the juices run clear when pierced.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Broccoli

While the duck is roasting, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Special Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the duck is done, allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the duck with steamed broccoli and the special sauce on the side.
