    Marinate the Fish

    In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the red snapper fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Prepare the Grill

    Heat a hibachi grill or a flat-top grill over medium-high heat. Brush the grill surface with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

    Cook the Red Snapper

    Remove the red snapper from the marinade (reserving the marinade) and place the fillets on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

    Garnish and Serve

    Once cooked, remove the red snapper from the grill and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
