Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Rolls
After rising, punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a greased baking sheet.

Second Rise
Cover the rolls with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the Rolls
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving with your salad and soup.
