Prime Steaks

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

Prepare the Base

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning

Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil before serving.

Finish with Fresh Basil

In a blender, combine the chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.

Blend Ingredients

Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

In a bowl, mix together sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Stir well until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Prepare the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.

Form the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the toasted buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Place the top half of the bun to finish.

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite sides.

Wash and chop all the vegetables as directed.

Prepare the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Heat the Oils

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook the Aromatics

Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Season the Stir-Fry

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, give it a final stir, and serve hot.

Dice the onion, carrots, and potatoes. Mince the garlic.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Brown the Meat

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent. Then add diced carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add Vegetables

Pour in the beef broth and add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.

Add Liquids and Seasoning

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.

Simmer the Stew

Add the frozen peas in the last 5 minutes of cooking and stir until heated through.

Finish with Peas

Remove the bay leaf before serving. Enjoy your comforting stew!

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Prepare the Dough

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into desired shapes (circles, squares, etc.).

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the shaped dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and a tablespoon of milk to create a glaze. Drizzle over the warm pastries.

Gather all the ingredients and wash the lettuce and tomato.

Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.

Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread and Dijon mustard on the other two. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato on the mayonnaise side.

Assemble the Sandwich

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the layers of turkey and vegetables.

Season the Filling

Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard side down.

Close the Sandwich

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately, or wrap it up for later.

Remove the prime ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking.

Preparation

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Generously season both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Seasoning

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan and allow it to heat until shimmering. Place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.

Searing

In the last couple of minutes of cooking, add the butter, crushed garlic cloves, and fresh rosemary to the pan. Use a spoon to baste the steaks with the melted butter for extra flavor.

Flavoring

Once cooked to your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare), remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
