Prepare Chicken

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet used for chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon zest. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add fresh parsley.
Combine and Serve

Combine Ingredients
Slice the cooked chicken breasts. Toss the drained linguine with the lemon-caper sauce. Serve linguine on plates topped with sliced chicken and additional parsley if desired.
