Chai Preparation

    Boil Water

    In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

    Add Spices and Tea Leaves

    Once the water is boiling, add the sliced ginger, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and tea leaves. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Milk and Sugar

    Stir in 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bring the mixture back to a boil.

    Strain and Serve

    Once boiling, remove from heat and strain the chai into cups using a fine mesh strainer. Serve hot.
