Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the red potatoes and corn. Cut the corn into halves if desired. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the red potatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

  3. 3

    Add Sausage and Corn

Add the sausage and corn to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  5. 5

    Prepare Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and set aside.

  6. 6

    Drain and Serve

Carefully drain the pot and transfer the shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes to a serving dish. Drizzle the garlic butter over the top and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Serve hot.
