Prepare the Broth

In a large stockpot, bring the water to a boil over high heat. Stir in the Old Bay seasoning and add the halved lemons.

Cook the Potatoes

Add the potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender.

Add Corn and Sausage

Stir in the corn and Andouille sausage. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add Shrimp

Finally, add the raw shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Serve

Carefully drain the pot and transfer the contents onto a large serving tray. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with hot sauce on the side.
