Adana Kebab

Doner Kebab

Lamb Chops

Method

Adana Kebab

  1. 1

    Prepare the Kebab Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped red bell pepper, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  2. 2

    Shape the Kebabs

Divide the mixture into equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it holds its shape.

  3. 3

    Grill the Kebabs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred to your liking.

Doner Kebab

  1. 4

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced lamb shoulder, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  2. 5

    Cook the Doner

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated lamb slices for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly crispy around the edges.

Lamb Chops

  1. 6

    Marinate the Chops

In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the lamb chops in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 7

    Grill the Chops

Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Chicken Shish Kebab

  1. 8

    Prepare the Chicken Marinade

In a bowl, mix cubed chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. 9

    Assemble the Skewers

Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion chunks onto the soaked skewers, alternating between ingredients.

  3. 10

    Grill the Skewers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
