1. Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground Kobe beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
2. Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
3. Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
4. Prepare the Buns
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche slider buns in a separate pan or on a griddle until golden brown.
5. Assemble the Sliders
Spread yakitori sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place the cheese-topped patty on each bun, and garnish with sliced green onions. Top with the other half of the bun.
6. Serve
Serve the Kobe sliders immediately with your choice of sides.
