1. Prepare the Shrimp

2. Set Up Breading Station
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each shrimp is well-coated.
4. Fry the Shrimp
In a deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded shrimp in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Make the Chili Aioli
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yuzu juice, and chili paste. Stir until well combined.
