Dumpling Filling
Method
Dumpling Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Form the Dumplings
Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small spoonful of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over the filling, and pinch to seal. Repeat this process until all filling is used.
- 3
Cook the Dumplings
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface and are cooked through. Alternatively, you can steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes.
- 4
Serve
Remove the dumplings from the pot or steamer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
