Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, mix the ingredients until just combined. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.

Add the Broth and Tomatoes
Pour in the chicken broth and add the canned diced tomatoes (with their juice) to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Cook the Pasta
Once boiling, add the pasta to the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente.

Taste the soup and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning as needed.
