Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cube the Bread
Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes.

Prepare Garlic and Seasoning
Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Bake Croutons
Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Make the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad

Wash and Chop Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Romaine and Dressing
In a large bowl, add the romaine lettuce and drizzle the prepared dressing over the top. Toss well to coat the lettuce evenly.
