Cook the macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the Gouda and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce. Stir until well combined.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
