Method
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy. Then, add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- 2
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Form into a ball and place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 3
Prepare Garlic Oil
In a small saucepan, combine minced garlic and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Heat gently until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 4
- 5
Second Rise
Cover the bundt pan and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- 6
Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pull-apart bun for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm, pulling apart the buns as desired.
