Method

BBQ Lamb

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Cook the Lamb

Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cover it with BBQ sauce. Roast in the oven for 3-4 hours until tender.

Mac + Cheese

  1. 3

    Cook the Macaroni

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Add cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until melted.

  3. 5

    Combine and Serve

Combine the macaroni with the cheese sauce. Mix well and serve warm.

Cornbread

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. 7

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.

  3. 8

    Combine and Bake

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.

Slaw

  1. 9

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.

  2. 10
