Prepare the Cedar Plank
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour before cooking to prevent burning.

Prepare the Cauliflower
In a pot of boiling salted water, add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Sage
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Scallops
Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Grapes and Capers
In the same skillet used for the sage, add another tablespoon of olive oil, the grapes, and capers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until grapes are warmed and slightly blistered.

Serve
Serve the scallops on a plate with sautéed cauliflower, topped with the warm grape and caper mixture. Garnish with crispy sage leaves.
