Prepare the Seafood
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the clams and squid for about 2-3 minutes until the clams open and the squid are tender. Drain and set aside.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Prepare the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked clams and squid in the Buffalo sauce until well coated. Serve warm alongside the creamy dip.
