Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half if they are large.
- 2
Toss with Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- 3
Roast in the Oven
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are charred and tender.
- 4
Add Parmesan
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- 5
Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy your oven-charred Brussels sprouts with garlic, balsamic, and Parmesan!
