Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Italian beef, hot giardiniera, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well until combined.
- 2
Prepare the Dough
Roll out the flaky crust dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Cut the dough into rectangular pieces, about 4x6 inches.
- 3
Assemble the Rolls
Place a generous amount of the filling onto one end of each dough rectangle. Roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to prevent the filling from spilling out.
- 4
Bake the Rolls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce or au jus on the side for dipping.
