Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the thin crust dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- 2
Sauté the Vegetables
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then add zucchini, mushrooms, and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes. Finally, add artichoke hearts and black olives, cooking for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared crust. Optionally, sprinkle some cheese on top if desired.
- 4
Bake
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve hot.
