Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat evenly.

Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated shrimp in batches and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels.

Toss with Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Serve the Buffalo shrimp hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
