Prepare the Beef
If not already done, cook the beef until tender, then shred it. Season with salt to taste.

Warm the Tortillas
In a skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat until pliable, about 30 seconds on each side.

Fill the Tortillas
Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded beef in the center of each tortilla. Roll them tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Fry the Flautas
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the rolled tortillas in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Serve
Stack the flautas on a plate, and top with sour cream, Mexican white cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
