Ribs and Marinade

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Make the Dry Rub

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

3

Apply the Rub

Generously apply the dry rub to the ribs on both sides, making sure to coat them evenly.

4

Wrap and Bake

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

5

Glaze with Barbecue Sauce

After baking, remove the ribs from the oven. Carefully unwrap the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.

6

Broil for Finish

Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
