Cooking Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2

Prepare the Ribs

Pat the beef ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the ribs.

3

Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture generously over the ribs.

4

Sear the Ribs

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the ribs on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

5

Add to Baking Dish

Transfer the seared ribs to a baking dish. Pour the beef broth around the ribs.

6

Cover and Bake

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

7

Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

8

Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
