Use your hands to shape the mixture into small cylindrical or oval croquettes, about 2-3 inches long.

In a shallow dish, place the beaten eggs. In another shallow dish, place the bread crumbs.

Dip each croquette into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated, then roll it in the bread crumbs until fully covered. Repeat for all croquettes.

Fry Croquettes
Fry the croquettes in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan, for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
