Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and vegetable oil until evenly coated. Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare Sauce
While the wings are baking, combine the hot sauce and melted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.

In a bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste.
