Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Stoli Vanilla, Kahlua, cold brew concentrate, and simple syrup.

Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Add Cream
Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to float on top.
