Prepare Duck Confit
If using store-bought duck confit, shred it into bite-sized pieces. If homemade, ensure it’s cooked and ready for use.

Roast Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil with a drizzle of olive oil and roast for about 30 minutes until soft. Allow to cool and then mash.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded duck confit, mashed roasted garlic, goat cheese, provolone cheese, and halved grapes. Gently mix until well incorporated.
- 4
Assemble the Dish
Drizzle olive oil on a serving platter. Spoon the duck confit mixture onto the platter, creating a mound in the center.
- 5
Garnish
Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top of the duck confit mixture. Drizzle balsamic reduction over the top for added flavor.
- 6
