Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash and slice the oranges, lemons, limes, and peaches. If using strawberries, slice them as well. Place all the prepared fruits in a large pitcher.

  2. 2

    Mix the Sangria

In the pitcher with the fruits, add the red wine, orange juice, brandy, sugar, honey, and the cinnamon stick. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Chill

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor, allowing the fruits to infuse the mixture.

  4. 4

    Serve

Before serving, add the club soda or lemon-lime soda to the pitcher for some fizz. Stir gently and serve over ice in glasses.
