1. Marinate the Pork Chops

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork chops and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

2. Cook the Pork Chops

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Cook the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and are nicely browned.
