Lemon Dill Sauce
Method
Salmon Fillet
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 3
Cook the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
- 4
Remove from Heat
Transfer the cooked salmon fillets to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

- 7
Serve
Spoon the lemon dill sauce over the warm salmon fillets before serving.
