Wearing gloves, carefully remove the stems from the habanero peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds if you prefer less heat.

Rinse the tomatoes, then dice them into small pieces and set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Add Habaneros and Tomatoes
Add the prepared habaneros and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened and released their juices.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then stir in the lime juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
