Strawberry Basil Mimosa

    Prepare the Base

    In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a glass, combine 1/4 cup of the strawberry puree with 1 tablespoon of simple syrup and 1 tablespoon of chopped basil. Top with 1/2 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine.

Guava Lime Mimosa

    Combine Juices

    In a glass, mix 1/2 cup of guava juice with 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.

    Top with 1/2 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine.

Mango Pineapple Mimosa

    Blend Juices

    In a glass, combine 1/2 cup of mango juice and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice.

    Top with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine.

Watermelon Mint Mimosa

    Juice Watermelon

    Blend fresh watermelon until juiced. Strain if desired.

    In a glass, mix 1/2 cup of watermelon juice with 1 tablespoon of chopped mint, then top with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine.
