Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined and smooth.

  5. 5

    Bake the Mixture

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. 6

    Cool and Dust

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
