Marinate the Monkfish
In a bowl, combine the monkfish fillets with harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the fish is well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

While the monkfish is marinating, prepare the tabbouleh. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, diced pear, diced tomato, and watercress. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
